James Dowsley & Associates was at the forefront of a Guideline Judgement in the Court of Appeal where clarification was sought from the full bench of the Court of Appeal as to the role that Community Corrections Order play in the sentencing hierarchy.
The Appeal (on a behalf our client) which provided a Guideline Judgement was successful and set a precedent for the imposition of the Community Corrections Orders in the state of Victoria.
