Courtney completed her studies at Deakin University in 2023, completing her Graduate Diploma in Law at Leo Cussen Centre for Law in the same year.

Courtney was admitted into practice in March 2024 and has established herself as a dedicated and compassionate solicitor since then.

Starting her career in commercial litigation, Courtney always possessed a strong passion for Criminal Law where she has built a strong reputation for her trauma-aware approach providing considerate and client-focused legal services. With an emphasis on understanding each client’s unique circumstances, Courtney approaches all matters from a therapeutic perspective prioritising long-term sustainable outcomes that support her client’s rehabilitation and wellbeing.

Courtney appears in the Magistrates’ Court advocating for clients in all types of criminal and intervention order matters. She also instructs Counsel in the County Court, representing clients in complex cases including sexual offences, drug offences and offending against the person.

In addition to her legal practice, Courtney is a presenter at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law’s Alumni Litigation Panel where she shares her knowledge and insights helping shape the next generation of legal professionals.
