About Scott Kaiser
Criminal Defence Lawyer
Scott is an Arts/Law Graduate (Honours) from Deakin University with experience in criminal, commercial, property and family law firms. He has also held a volunteer position in a not-for-profit community organisation.
Scott completed his Practical Legal Training at Leo Cussen Centre for Law in June 2019 and was admitted to the Legal Profession in September 2019. During his time at Leo Cussen, Scott completed a placement at JDA which consequently led to a volunteer role for the majority of 2019. In March 2020, he joined the JDA family as a Solicitor.
He appears regularly in the Magistrates’ Court for matters including mention and plea hearings and has had conduct of matters ranging from theft and dishonesty matters to more complex offences including possession of a drug of dependence and family violence.
As a Criminal Defence Lawyer, Scott is passionate about representing clients from all backgrounds, taking an empathetic approach when advocating. He is extremely hard working and determined to ensure he achieves the best possible outcome.
