Solicitor Mr William Betts is a committed advocate for his clients. Mr Betts has experience appearing for clients in the all suburban magistrates courts including Ballarat. He also has experience appearing in the Children’s Court, VCAT, Fair Work Australia, the Mental health review board and County Court. Mr Betts has been involved in Bail Applications, Summary Proceedings, Infringement matters, Committal Proceedings, Appeals and Intervention Order Matters. Mr Betts has also assisted counsel in preparation and instructed in a number of complex County Court trials.

Education and Qualifications
Mr Betts holds a Bachelor of International Relations with first class Honours from Latrobe University and a Bachelor of Laws with first class Honours from Victoria University.
Following completion of his tertiary studies, Mr Betts obtained a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Institute and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in February 2014.
