Tom is an advocate who is dedicated to social justice and exploring all avenues to find the best possible outcome for his clients.
Completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Accounting and Corporate Finance) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia, Tom was admitted to practice in 2014.
Tom completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law and joined James Dowsley and Associates as a solicitor in 2016 after moving from Perth to Melbourne. Tom has previously spent time practicing as a solicitor in Western Australia and also volunteered at Daydawn Advocacy Centre; an indigenous advocacy service. Tom appears regularly in the Magistrates’ Court and Children’s Court of Victoria and instructs counsel and assists in the preparation and operation of complex County and Supreme Court matters.
